Effective 29 August 2026
Information you choose to provide
Contact and consultation forms collect the fields shown on the form, such as your name, email address, organisation, phone number, area of interest and message. Only provide information that is useful to the request.
Request context and security signals
Karrago may retain validated campaign or originating-content context so Staff can understand how a request reached the platform. The public form also uses host-verified timing, rate limiting and an anti-automation field to protect the submission workflow.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to receive, route and respond to the request; support platform security and operational follow-up; and maintain the audit and workflow evidence required by the platform. A contact or consultation request does not itself create a purchase, subscription, licence, course enrollment or Learning entitlement.
Authenticated and protected services
Client, Learning and Staff areas apply their own authorization boundaries. Commercial, licensing, download and Learning access decisions remain governed by the relevant authenticated account, payment and entitlement authorities.
Retention and disclosure
Information is retained and disclosed only as required for legitimate platform operations, support, security and applicable legal or regulatory obligations. This public notice does not promise a fixed retention period for every record type.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a public form and can contact Karrago to ask about information associated with a request. Do not submit passwords, payment-card secrets or other credentials through public contact or consultation messages.
Questions about this notice can be sent through the Contact page.
